Centerburg Ohio Wedding Photographer
On a beautiful fall day in Centerburg, Ohio, beneath enormous trees and a glowing sun, Jesse and Alexis said “I Do”. Surrounded by family and friends, the couple exchanged heart felt vows and started on their journey as husband and wife. The couple chose to do a “First Look” and it was intense and beautifully emotional. Their love for each other just pouring out. The ceremony was incredibly charming. Rustic in nature, with lovely candle lit lanterns, wood barrels, all pulled together with flowers by Kate at The Meadow Market. The bride was stunning in her dress from Wendy’s Bridal. The open back and white-on-white floral detail was simply elegant. Alexis was escorted down the isle by her loving mother. You could just feel the emotion and connection these two have. One of my favorite parts of the ceremony was the speech given by Alexis’ grandfather. He spoke on how close they were and how their relationship has carried on from the time she was a little girl until today. I don’t think there was a dry eye in the place.
The reception was held steps away from the ceremony in a huge white tent under the stars, a fire pit outside to keep warm despite the cool fall breeze, and a great pond. Oh and there was dancing! So much dancing! I am sure there were some tired feet because Dj Josh from Josh Staley Productions kept the dance floor jam packed the entire night. Bellies were full from the delicious barbecue from Hoggys. The bride and groom enjoyed themselves so much. Alexis with a big smile .. even when Jesse smashed cake in her face. Boys!!
From The Ground Up.. Not only was this the song this sweet couple chose for their first dance as man and wife, but is seems to fit their love story perfectly. Meeting in middle school, friendship throughout the years, then out of the blue running into each other at the gym. How crazy is that? They have overcome Jesse’s deployment and other hardships throughout the years, but one this is for certain.. What is Meant to Be, Will Be. Congratulation Mr. & Mrs. Jesse Rodriguez.
